I had a very exciting paddle in my kayak recently. While on the St. Lawrence River I saw a huge bald eagle flying over head. I had heard they were around, but had never seen one. I was so excited I could barely yell, "Bird, bird!!" to my husband. Of course I had my camera, but couldn't get it out before the eagle was gone. Oh well, maybe next time...For more info click here.
